Street parking is prohibited, and vehicles may not block driveways, sidewalks, or fire lanes. Any violations, citations, fines, or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
