Robert Beyer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RISE8 Companies, a privately held real estate investment and management firm focused on the extended-stay living sector. He has more than 20 years of experience across commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, asset and property management, debt and equity capital formation, joint ventures, and loan restructuring, and has served as both an attorney and financial advisor to real estate investment firms throughout the United States. Prior to founding RISE8, Beyer was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a real estate investment and management firm with approximately $750 million in apartment, commercial, and lodging assets, and previously served as a Vice President at RELATED. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami, a J.D., magna cum laude, from the William S.?Boyd School of Law at UNLV, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
