Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am, and no parties or events are allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside, with a fee applicable for odor remediation. Pets are not permitted, and occupancy is limited to 14 registered guests with no unregistered overnight visitors. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present during the stay. Please clean the BBQ grill after use, and excessive cleanup may incur a fee. Pool towels are included, but bath towels should not be used at the pool. The A/C should be kept between 72–78°F with doors and windows closed to prevent system freeze, and service calls from misuse may be charged. Occasional insects and lizards are normal in Florida, and the home is on professional pest control. Routine service by pool, lawn, and HOA staff may occur in exterior areas for scheduled maintenance. During storms, outdoor amenities may close, and refunds are not provided for closures beyond our control.
