Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Smoking or vaping in or near the property is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property without refund and a minimum fine of $500. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for professional cleaning, and you will be asked to leave the home, forfeiting your stay and any payments made. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged for an additional fee if the home is available. Trash must be placed in the carts provided, and failure to comply will incur a $100 charge. Excess trash on departure will result in a $50 pickup charge.
