The downstairs area features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher, along with granite counters and a breakfast bar. The living room offers a large flat-screen smart TV with access to streaming channels such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon, HBO, and more. The private screened-in splash pool with a covered lanai and patio furniture can be heated for an additional charge. The dining area includes a breakfast bar and a barbecue grill is available for use for an additional charge, though propane gas refill is not included. The resort is close to top-rated golf courses and offers massage and concierge services for an additional charge. Volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts are available, and the gated community has a 24-hour attendant. The beach-entry pool is perfect for families with little ones, and there is a children's play area with a multi-deck climbing frame with slides and swings. No visit to Orlando is complete without a trip to the seashore, with great beaches on the Atlantic Ocean only about an hour away. No parties or events are permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum. Starter supplies include one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap sponge, dish detergent for the dishwasher and laundry detergent, and garbage bag are provided. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Although welcome amenities are provided, it is recommended to stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.
