Please be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence in Florida. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. Check-out time is 10 AM. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
