Use of the grill is included in the rental price, with propane refills being the guest’s responsibility. Pool and spa heating is available for $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. You can exercise at the community fitness center and enjoy the splash park features, including a lazy river, splash pad, and water slides. The community also offers a full-service restaurant and bar and a variety of amenities such as a beach volleyball court, mini golf, canoe and kayak rentals, and basketball. Transportation is offered with a free ride to The Hideaway Club for endless fun. If you prefer, you can enjoy the wonderful pool, playground, club, and other spaces offered within the Cove at Storey Lake resort, providing a more private hangout for guests.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Only guests aged 25 and older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
