For an additional cost of $35 per day, you can add pool heating to your reservation. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to coordinate this amenity. The property welcomes one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. Renting a car is recommended, and you'll have free designated parking for up to two cars in front of the unit.
Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these times. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure, and report any damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle.
