Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The home is not baby-proofed. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for providing propane for the grill. Pool heat must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and is an additional $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Up to 2 cars may park in front of the unit in the parking lot. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
