Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars can park in front of the unit in the parking lot. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
