Enjoy year-round swims with the private pool, which has a seasonal heating option. Guests have access to the community water park and clubhouse amenities. Pet-friendly accommodations are available. Free designated parking is available for up to two cars in front of the unit.
Located in the heart of Kissimmee, this home is a short drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando. Storey Lake Resort, a gated community, offers convenient access to dining, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations. The community clubhouse features a swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pool heating can be added for $35 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee and a potential security deposit of up to $150. The home can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. [SI]
