A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pool heating can be added for $35 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee and a potential security deposit of up to $150. The home can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
