Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Guests are kindly requested to refrain from moving furniture; if minor adjustments are needed, furniture must be returned to its original position before checkout, or an additional fee may be charged. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
