Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Check-out time is 10 AM. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please refrain from moving furniture within the property; if minor adjustments are made, furniture must be returned to its original position before checking out, or an additional fee may be charged. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
