Access to the resort's amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, splash pad, sand volleyball court, mini golf, and a canoe or kayak launch area, is included. A shared gym is also nearby.
Located within Storey Lake Resort, this property offers convenient access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando, as well as shops, restaurants, and essential stops like Walmart and Starbucks. Travel times include 23 minutes to MCO Airport and just a few minutes to major roads and local conveniences. The Storey Lake Resort community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the available spaces in front of the home. Please return any moved furniture to its original position before checking out to avoid an additional fee. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
