A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors.
