Guests must present an RFID card to access community amenities, with each card costing $15 and expiring after 3 days. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage requires a written request a week prior to check-in and incurs a fee of $35 per day of usage, with additional fees potentially applying if less than a week's notice is given. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please be considerate of neighbors regarding noise, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Trash must be disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued for any rule violations. Self check-in and check-out are provided.
