Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day of stay, and must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in.
Located in the desirable Reunion Resort, this home offers access to world-class golf courses, upscale dining options, and endless entertainment nearby. Disney World and other major attractions are just a short drive away. The resort is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Report damages immediately.
