Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
