The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and attached bathroom, while three queen bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bunk beds on the third floor provide additional sleeping space for guests. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions.
