Two large living areas create flexibility for downtime, whether some of you are watching TV while others settle into the game console or theater setup. The full kitchen is designed for easy group meals, from quick breakfasts before heading out to relaxed dinners back at home. A washer and dryer are also available to keep things simple during longer stays. Enjoy movie nights in the cinema-style setup, spend time with the game console, or head outdoors to the pool and hot tub. The patio or balcony and outdoor furniture provide a comfortable spot to unwind after a full day, while the BBQ grill makes casual outdoor meals easy.
Enjoy complimentary access to resort amenities such as pools, spas, and fitness centers. A private entrance and free parking, including a garage and street parking, add convenience throughout your stay. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at the Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses, with booking and associated fees being the responsibility of the guest. Pets are allowed with a required written notification and host approval, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Pool heating and/or hot tub heat can be arranged for an additional cost of $50 per day for the entirety of the stay.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests must present an RFID card to access community amenities, which have a cost of $15 each and expire after 3 days. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed for the BBQ grill. Guests do not have access to Encore amenities or Encore wristbands. This home is not baby-proofed. No third party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
