Just minutes from Disney’s magic in Kissimmee, the villa provides easy access to theme parks, shopping, and local attractions while offering a peaceful retreat to return to each evening.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
