Please drive the 25 mph speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee will be applied.
