Many people are full-time residents, so please drive the 25 mph speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A pet fee is applied for one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified and approved by the host). There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
