Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for guests who bring a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for up to two vehicles. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
