The neighborhood offers many wonderful restaurants, and just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food imaginable, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Violations of any rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The maximum occupancy for this apartment is 8 guests. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 AM. A late check-out fee of up to $300 may be incurred if guests stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Guests should report any missing items immediately upon check-in for restocking. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are reminded to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Guests are requested to drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times within the Reunion Resort and watch for golf carts. Guests should wipe shoes at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible to maintain cleanliness. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Guests must report damages immediately. Guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
