The downstairs master retreat is spacious and offers access to the pool and its own private bathroom. The garage has been turned into a game room with Pac-Man, air hockey, foosball, and skee ball. Upstairs, you will find a loft with a pool table and TV, and seven more bedrooms provide plenty of room for guests.
The private swimming pool and spillover spa are perfect for enjoying the warm Florida weather and relaxing on the pool deck after long days at the theme parks. The space includes 9 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms each with a king bed and en-suite, 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and en-suite, 2 bedrooms each with twin over full beds sharing a bathroom with Spider-Man and princess themes, and 1 bedroom with 4 full over full bunk beds and en-suite with a Minions theme. The kitchen is fully equipped, and smart TVs are available in all rooms.
Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. Please arrange prior to arrival for better service. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it needs to be requested prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Guests will have access to the entire house. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 4 to 5 cars, and overflow parking is available down the road about 250 ft away. This house features a game room inside the garage, therefore covered garage parking is not available. No pets are allowed.
