Evenings drift into shared meals and movie nights. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances and a dining table, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year-round, and multiple TVs provide entertainment for relaxed evenings.
Enjoy the community pool and gym. Free parking is available within the gated Reunion community for up to two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.

There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional fees due to housekeeping scheduling and incoming reservations. A damage protection option is required before check-in: for 1-night stays, a $500 refundable security deposit is required; for 2+ night stays, choose between the refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20/night (max $100). Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
