The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Check-in is via smart lock self check-in, and check-out is at 10 AM. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional $35 per day. A pet fee applies and is subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
