Located in Reunion Resort, a fun-filled luxury gated community, you'll feel right at home enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
