Each home boasts 7,000 sq ft of interior space and 3,000 sq ft of pool patios, with options for up to 60 separate beds across both residences.
Each home features a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso cappuccino and latte maker, and a soda stream. The large kitchen table in each home seats up to 12 people, with additional outdoor seating for 24. The living room in each home includes an oversized sofa group, coffee table, and a 75-inch Smart TV, complemented by a total of 14 TVs throughout each residence. For entertainment, enjoy the in-house Movie-Game and Golf Studio, complete with a state-of-the-art projector. Each patio offers seating for up to 24 people and a BBQ grill. Bedrooms are fully customizable with king-size beds or two twin beds, and bathrooms are appointed with high thread count bath linen.
Enjoy a private pool and pool patio, a private hot tub SPA, and a private sauna exclusively for your use. These two Golf Resort Estate Villas are located in the quaint Highlands Reserve Golf Resort in Davenport, approximately 9 miles from the Disney World Animal Kingdom area. The exact villa numbers are provided upon arrival to ensure guest privacy.
Please note that the two homes are situated approximately 100 yards apart and are not attached. Music is not allowed outside if it can be heard more than 60 feet away, and all music must be hushed after 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends. A maximum of 3 vans or cars are allowed per home, with additional street parking available. Tenants/guests need to inquire before making a reservation and provide the number of occupants and the reason for the trip. Extended or far-out stays, Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays, and bookings over special events or holidays require inquiry before instant booking. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation. Pets are allowed, and smoking is not allowed. A 1-week notice is required for the cedar barrel finish steam sauna and the oak barrel cold plunge baths.
