A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options including a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
