Disney World is 20 to 25 minutes away, SeaWorld is 30 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. The resort is located within a gated community.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to properly dispose of trash can result in fines up to $300. A pet fee is applied for guests who bring a dog.
