A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee and a potential security deposit. Propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited.
