Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice requested. A pet is welcome with a pet fee and $150 security deposit required.

There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 18 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation, and up to 2 cars may park in the driveway.
