Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day of usage, and must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. This home is pet-friendly, allowing up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with written notification and approval. A pet fee is required.

There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 18. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
