I am very happy here at Monterey Pt. There is a very close community here. Management to this point was very supportive and communicates issues and events taken place on the property.
We have a new team here and it will be seen how it goes.

Monterey Point is a lovely place to live and it is quiet and peaceful. Management meets with us to discuss any issues and provides information on upcoming events. There are many activities to choose from and the premises are well maintained. Most of all the office and maintenance staff are excellent in every way.
