My experience since moving into Goldelm at Valencian has been extremely disappointing. I was not allowed to see the actual apartment I would be moving into before paying all of the required move-in money and receiving the keys. Once I finally got access to the unit, it was clear the apartment was not properly ready.

Within a very short time of moving in, I started seeing roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. The problem has continued to get worse, and I am now finding them in my bedroom as well.… I even found one on my bed that appeared to be carrying an egg case. I have pictures documenting everything.

I went to the office and asked to be added to the pest control list. I was told pest control would come, but no one showed up to treat my apartment. I have also sent emails and tried to get help, but I feel like my concerns are being dismissed.

What is most frustrating is that management was very strict and immediate when it came to collecting all move-in payments, but there has not been the same urgency when it comes to providing a clean, sanitary apartment and addressing a serious pest problem.

I have only lived here a short time 19 days to be exact and this has already been a very stressful experience. I hope corporate management takes these complaints seriously and improves how residents are treated.

Warm welcoming environment

I’ve been really impressed with the changes at Valencian Apartments! The new management has been wonderful—everyone in the office is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can really see the effort they’re putting into the community. The property has been upgraded and looks so much better, and it’s clear that management genuinely cares about improving the experience for residents. So happy to see all the positive changes happening here! ??????????

Great job new administration!

I’ve had a great experience with the new management team. They are very attentive to the residents, responsive to concerns, and genuinely make an effort to keep the community running smoothly. It’s clear that they care about the residents and are committed to improving the property. The communication and customer service have been excellent so far. I’m excited to see all the positive changes this new management team will continue to bring!

Lo peor tengo casi un año q entregue el apartamento y todavía no me an regresado el depósito no vale la pena arrendar hay no lo recomiendo aparte una ratonera que hay en ese comple

Outdated

I do not recommend renting these apartments. I don’t blame the staff as they are trying to work with a very old complex. The price shouldn’t be so high for the amount of problems the community faces.
The laundry rooms rarely work, and we’ve tried to transfer to an apartment with a washer and dryer connection, but it’s another $300 added to an already high rent. Again..it is not the staffs fault we have inflation.
The AC constantly breaks down and the dishwasher isn’t attached to the counter.… There’s a gap between the sink and counter and all of the drawers are broken with no knobs.
I truly believe maintenance does their best trying to keep up with everything but the community also trashes the place. When people check their mail, they throw the garbage on the floor for maintenance to clean up. The residents leave trash and food containers all over.
I don’t recommend living here, not because of the staff who are trying their best, just because of the community. People don’t respect the community and it really shows.
