Cockroaches If i had known this apartment was infested with cocokroaches before agreeing to move in, i would've never agreed to move here. Also its ridiculous that I don't know how many more months will pass by since office staff has told me since move in "we're working on that" regarding them actually picking up the phone when we call during office hours. I don't want to have to walk to the office every time to ask something. On a day i was particularly feeling very unwell physically, i had to... call several times just to get someone to answer. The gym is also a bit dirty. People leave trash even under the treadmills like pizza boxes. Someone stole the cable that connects one of the treadmills to the outlet in the gym so it has been unusable for months. There are signs all over the gym saying to wipe down equipment before and or after use, but wipes are never ever kept stocked, i had to keep bringing and buying my own. Gym carpet is dirty. There should be a security system type of lock on the gym door so that not anyone can enter, especially if someone is working out at night and alone and some random person tries to enter the gym with bad intentions, that's dangerous. Everything looks so fun and beautiful about these apartments on instagram, but its pretty dirty here even with how much trash is always around the dumpsters, piles and piles of trash. Even with maintenence requests, whatever is used or done to get rid of the cockroaches, it doesnt work! Ive even put in a maintenence request before to fix the outlets in the apartment. In that request i stated thar there are some loose outlets that i want fixed. Plugs just fall out of them and they're also FIRE hazards, in other words, a safety hazard. Read More

Very easy move in My move in to Lake Tivoli was extremely smooth and very easy. The staff was really helpful with all my questions. I am happy I chose this community.

Maintenance Tech was great He assisted me with my request, fast and efficient.

leasing agents are the best i just have mi first weekend here and i love it, apt look great, girls at the front office are amazing they help trough the aplication. great community to live. tha ks .
