Poor
The exterior of the apartments and the overall property are very beautiful, and the pool area is one of the amenities I initially enjoyed when moving in. Unfortunately, my experience living here has been far less positive due to ongoing maintenance and communication issues.
Since moving in, I have dealt with several problems inside my unit. There have been issues with roaches, and the bathroom tiles had mold behind them. The tiles and the shower shelf repeatedly came loose. Maintenance came... multiple times to address the problem, but the repairs appeared rushed and temporary, as the tiles continued to fall off.
Most recently, I have been experiencing issues with the water in my unit. I currently am not getting any cold water, which is very uncomfortable with the weather getting warmer. I have attempted to contact the office about this issue but have not received a response.
While the property may look appealing on the outside, my experience has been disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both the quality of maintenance work and communication with residents. I am sharing my experience so that others considering living here are aware and so that these concerns are hopefully addressed.
