My home among the vacation homes
Located in the Four Corners area of Kissimmee/Clermont, Legacy Dunes is great for anyone! A lot of residents are Theme Park employees like myself. Others are vacationers renting for short periods of time. The amenities here are great with a pool, athletic courts, club house, and fitness center. It is quite peaceful here since most that are here are temporary residents. My unit is a 1/1 and there are up to 3br available. We have valet trash pick up 5 days a week, weekly landscaping, a gated... community, and a great property staff. We are 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal and Sea World. There are also local shops and food places very close, as is I-4 for travel to points east and west of here. I've been here for 4 years and hope to keep calling this home for more years to come!
