Not the same place we initially came to. Less amenities. Useless decorations and props instead of updating classes and experiences. Heated pool promised yearly but will never materialize. Never replaced or tried to revive the dead plants (they just need to be cut down but our landscaping company is not very smart) after the freeze so entrance is not so welcoming. ZERO communication from the office which is often closed due to ‘meetings’ or staff that never seems to work a full week. ... Wonder why so many folks are relocating? Premier “luxury” community? Where is the luxury? Only when I close the door to my apt do I feel luxury.

Improvements to the landscaping are currently underway, including the removal and replacement of plants affected by the freeze, as well as enhancements to the overall curb appeal. We are currently working in getting an approval for the pool heater as well. We understand how important first impressions are, and we’re actively working to restore a more welcoming entrance. Rita and Lisa are wonderful assets to Mariblu! They are caring, knowledgeable, funny and they clearly show that they enjoy their jobs. The maintenance staff are great as well. I'm a new resident and I feel like I have found a diamond amongst a community of apartments throughout this Kissimmee area. I've met some amazing and friendly people here and I enjoy the numerous activities offered. Mariblu is a great choice to enjoy retirement life.??

It’s a nice place to live but it is better suited for the elderly . I have enjoyed making friends here. It’s very convenient to all the stores.
