Buena Experienia

Viví en Park on Central durante un año y medio, tuvimos una buena experiencia de vivir en nuestro apartamento. La administración está comprometida y es muy atenta y cuida bien del complejo. Muy agradable y servicial personal. Recomiendo vivir aquí.

Horrible place to live

I don’t recommend anyone to live here. Apartments have mold in them, they will slap some paint on it and rent it to the next person. Management is horrible and takes forever to fix anything but if you pay one day after the 1st they will charge you late fees. They live off fees.

Horrible!!!!

Mold in the building and no one will fix it. Currently sick with my wife been here for a while but never knew until the walls were sweating and it smelt really bad. The management does not seem to care unless it’s about money.

Bad

This is a terrible apartment. They like to take money but they dont like to fix stuff. I have a water leaking on my shower. It take them 4 months to come to fix it. And I have to go to the office 5 times. This is crazy. I dont recommend no one to rent this apartment. And they change manager every second. Every time I go to the office see different person.
