I recently toured The Allen Apartments and had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The community was clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were beautiful. I never felt rushed during the tour, and they made the leasing process easy to understand. Overall, I left with a great impression and would definitely recommend scheduling a tour if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

I moved in on the 26 of may 2026, i recieve the apartment with a lot of coackraches and with a no working microwave, today is 18th of july, 8 days before having the 2 months on the apartment and i still have the same amount of coackraches and no working microwave

Vivir aquí ha sido una experiencia muy agradable. Es una comunidad confortable, limpia y bien iluminada, con áreas comunes que transmiten la sensación de estar en un hotel o resort de excelente nivel.
Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad y diligencia del personal, siempre dispuesto a brindar una atención oportuna y cordial.
Como en toda comunidad, pueden presentarse situaciones aisladas con algunos residentes, pero en términos generales, el ambiente es tranquilo y agradable para vivir... .
Estamos muy felices con nuestro apartamento; es un espacio hermoso, cómodo y acogedor que realmente disfrutamos llamar hogar.
