Living here has been a wonderful experience. I love the location, and the staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. Every process from paperwork to day-to-day requests has been easy and straightforward. Maintenance is efficient, professional, and always pleasant. I also want to highlight Claudia in the leasing office, who has been amazing since day one. Her support and responsiveness truly make a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this community.

Great place! The leasing staff and maintenance staff are always available and super nice! I’ve been here for a couple of years. And haven’t experienced a bad interaction or even neighbors. Clean and very well maintained.

My experience at The Grand at Westside has been excellent from day one. The apartments are extremely comfortable and inviting, as are the amenities. The staff, from the office staff to the maintenance workers, are all very friendly and professional.
