? 1 Star – Completely Unacceptable Management & Maintenance
Living at Vernazza Apartments has been extremely frustrating due to the complete lack of communication and urgency from management. Calling the office is pointless — no one answers the phone, and getting any kind of response is nearly impossible.
The elevator has been out of service for 5 DAYS, and residents have received ZERO updates. No timeline, no explanation, no communication at all. This is beyond unacceptable, especially for... elderly residents, families with children, and anyone living on higher floors who depends on the elevator daily.
What makes this even worse is the lack of transparency. Management has not provided any notices, follow-ups, or accountability. It feels like tenants are being completely ignored while still paying full rent for substandard living conditions.
Basic maintenance and communication should be the bare minimum in any apartment community. Leaving residents without an elevator for over a week with no updates shows a serious lack of professionalism and concern for tenant safety and well-being.
If you’re considering moving here, be aware that when issues arise, you may be left without answers or support. Extremely disappointed with how poorly this situation has been handled.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this situation caused and understand how disruptive the elevator outage was.
The delay in repairs was due to a vendor-related issue... that required specialized parts and scheduling outside of our direct control. Our team worked closely with the vendor to expedite the process.
We also recognize that communication during this time did not meet expectations. Updates are shared as soon as confirmed information is available, but we acknowledge there were gaps and are actively improving how we provide timely follow-up moving forward.
