This place is super dog friendly and peaceful. Gyanna was extremely helpful and truly helped make the entire process seamless. I did recommend another tenant and they are moving in September! I am extremely greatful for Gyannas patience with all the many questions I had prior to move in, it is greatly appreciated. I was extremely stressed with the move and she put my mind at ease. I absolutely love the community and how clean and quiet it is. My pups love it here which was my #1 priority!

When we first moved in in September, I would have said that we were happy with this place. But as we have lived here in this community longer, I am becoming more and more unhappy with our home. Beginning in March, we started having problems with our AC unit (it was useless because a "speciality" part was the issue) - we spent about 10 days with NO air in the home; averaging about 82 degrees every day, all day, even in the early morning hours. There was no communication throughout the process… unless I, as the tenant, called in to see what was going on. After we finally got that part installed, the technician figured out that the coils in the unit are also bad - this took over two weeks for the part to even come in! March also brought a leak that no one can seem to locate, a flooding backyard, and other work orders that had to be submitted and completed. Through this whole month of issues, I have had to deal with mansplaining from the Property Manager Alex and some of the vendors who have come out, constant lack of communication and unprofessionalism, and never ending stress wondering if/when these issues will be resolved. Alex has been incredibly unprofessional to work with, with ZERO empathy towards myself, situation, and his other tenants. The ONLY person that has been reliable and constant during this process has been Gyanna. Stephen has constantly been at my home trying to fix all the issues but he can only do so much when having to deal with vendors.
