No trailers, boats, RVs, campers, mobile homes, 4-wheelers, buses, box trucks, or commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking area; a $500 fine will be issued for violations. No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted, with a $500 fine and immediate removal without refund. Any noise complaint may result in a $500 fine and/or cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is permitted; outdoor smoking is allowed at least 10 feet from the building, with doors and windows closed, and a $500 fine will be issued for violations. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record audio and video; tampering with cameras will result in a $1,000 fine and potential cancellation without refund. No crypto mining or similar electronic activities are allowed. No illegal activity or subletting is permitted under any circumstance.
