I’m trying to lease an apartment for my upcoming job I was offered and no one has answered my messages or phone calls in 3 days. I do not understand how they have business if no one is willing to let me give them my business

Unresponsive

They do NOT EVER answer their phone, EVER. Leave messages, they don't respond back. I filled out a lengthy online application, submitted it, and they never responded, despite my countless phone attempts to follow up, including leaving message. Ridiculous business ethics.

Luxury garbage

Elevator breaks every other week. Got stuck in there 3X. Expensive for no reason. BED BUGS! Management won’t return calls. Won’t replace carpet after 9yrs of living there...terrible!!!
