Impolite Management Team Ignores Safety of Tenants
Ice queens management team in the office are dishonest and pull their own community rules out of their posteriors. HUGE wasp and ant problem on property as well as many other safety concerns which go unaddressed and ignored. Charge for pest control but what's provided not sufficient for property. Tenants are not treated equally and only looked at as dollar signs. Also, many building walls are FILTHY if they don't happen to face parking areas, and property fence should have been replaced years... ago. Also worth saying again how dishonest the management team is. Maintenance team is helpful just understaffed apparently. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

We understand your frustrations regarding pest control and property upkeep.... While we do provide regular pest control services, we acknowledge that more persistent issues like wasps or ants may require additional attention, especially living in Florida. We encourage residents to report any ongoing concerns so we can address them promptly through our service partners.
We want to reassure you that we do take property upkeep seriously and are consistently working to maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents. Recent efforts include power washing at each building, maintaining the grounds daily, and providing weekly pest control and lawn care services. Our pool is cleaned regularly to ensure it remains a safe and enjoyable space, and we’ve also recently added speed bumps to improve traffic safety within the community. While we recognize there’s always room for improvement, we are committed to maintaining the property and addressing concerns as they arise.
Regarding concerns about fairness and communication, we are genuinely disappointed that you feel our management team has not been transparent or equitable. Our goal is always to create a respectful and supportive community for all residents. We understand how important trust is, and we welcome the opportunity to have a direct conversation with you to hear more about your experience and see how we can improve.
We do appreciate your recognition of our maintenance team. They work hard to meet the needs of our community, and we are actively working on staffing to better support their efforts.
