Not having access to the gym recently due to the key fob outage has been really unfortunate. Due to my schedule it is hard to go between the hours that the clubhouse is open. Also it made getting my mail very hard.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it has been to have limited access to the gym, especially when your schedule makes it difficult to visit during clubhouse business hours.

Unfortunately, a recent lightning… strike caused damage to our key fob access system, which has impacted access to the amenities. We are currently waiting for the necessary replacement boards to arrive so that we can restore the system and return to our normal amenity hours as soon as possible.

In the meantime, the amenities and mail room remain available during business hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get everything back to normal.

TERRIBLE APARTMENT! DON’T DO IT!!!

They will increase your rent on the day you move in. Key fobs to mailroom doesn’t work and it’s only open from 8-6pm (same time you’re at work). Dog poop everywhere. Loud footsteps from upstairs, terrible sound insulation. Management doesn’t care. Doors to apartment fully open and anyone can walk into your building. Trash doesn’t get picked up when they claim it will. Someone keeps leaving cat food outside on walkway.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We do want to clarify that rent cannot be increased on the day you move in. The rent amount is agreed upon and outlined in your lease at the time of signing.

We understand the other concerns mentioned and… encourage residents to contact the management office so we can address specific issues directly and work toward a resolution.

Noise from upper apartment at the early hours is unbearable. The barking dogs at the early hours is also an issue. it seems that the dogs have to let everyone know that they are being let out to do their business

As for the… barking dogs, while we certainly understand that this can be frustrating, occasional pet noise is a part of apartment living and is not something the community can always prevent. We encourage residents to contact our management team when there is an ongoing or excessive disturbance so that we can determine whether there is an issue we can address.

We value your residency and would appreciate the opportunity to work with you toward a resolution. We hope that, overall, your experience at our community has been a positive one.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My move in hasn’t been without its issues but staff had made an effort to address the issue. Nice apartment, decent amenities, community events.
