Lakeside Walk

My leasing experience was seamless. I was a little nervous after seeing reviews online but had a friend that rented at Lakeside and really enjoyed it.

Jafet showed myself and my sister around, I knew I wanted a 1 bedroom and they had several options. He was patient with me (by the end of it, we had a list, I wanted a top floor, vaulted ceilings, a bath tub was a must along with the white cabinets), we looked at several units. My desired move in time was still a bit out and they only hold apts… for 2 weeks.. he worked with Sabrina to ensure I received the apartment of choice.

A week before my move in date-- I had to unexpectedly move earlier ( my apartment in south tampa, the roof caved in and was leaking all over my apartment and the only option was to move or live in the model) .. I called lakeside walk and worked with Lydia- she was on top of it! The team at Lakeside walk got back to me within a few hours with an updated lease and move in notification and worked things out so I could move in that day!


I love my place and I could not be more thankful for the individuals at lakeside walk -- I was in a very unexpected, stressful situation and they made things easy and seamless. Thank you!

I lived here for a year and had nothing but a wonderful living experience! The price for our 1300sqft apartment was outstanding and the space was beautiful. Every staff member we worked with were absolutely outstanding. We didn’t have many maintenance issues but when we did, all of the problems were dealt with swiftly and professionally. All of the maintenance employees were so nice and respectful in our space. The leasing staff really helped us out in a tough situation when our move out date… got pushed back. They all went above and beyond. They were all so helpful and great to work with. They even got to know us and it made it feel like more then just a temporary housing situation. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful for walking. We used the pool many times and it was kept spotless, even during busy times of the year! The giant dog park and waste stations throughout the neighborhood made it so even our pup loved the complex. Parking or noise was never an issue in our apartment and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. I would absolutely live here again if I ever needed to rent again and would highly recommend it to anyone moving to the area! Read More

I am trying to relocate from out of town. I put a deposit down on an apartment because I was told that my out of state income shouldn’t be an issue. The manager did not approve it and they won’t refund my money. I’m sharing my story to help prevent this from happening to someone else with a similar situation as mine. What a shame they wouldn’t take my income even though I’ll be working remote. It was a beautiful property.

To whoever can benefit from my review, I apply to lakeside walk apartments a month in a half ago. I have been following up on the return of my $150 dollar fee and they been giving me the excuse that corporate needs to send a check I call again and now they told me I'm not having a refund because I did not provide all the documents they need when I did provide and explain. So, in conclusion, they took my money and are no returning my fee when it supposes to be returned. Very dishonest and Rude… people in this place.
