Village at Terra Bella

Our stay in Village at Terra Bella has come to an end after 5 years, yes, 5 years! at this beautiful and safe complex. The apartment is very spacious, and modern; and Irina and her staff are amazing! They were always professional and helpful with anything we needed. Our apartment area is always clean, and we never had any bug issues with our space. Our experience at The Village at Terra Bella has been nothing but wonderful and we highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking.

Excellent apartments! We chose this apartment community because it was in the location we wanted and allowed 3 dogs. The apartment itself is nice and on par with all of the newer complexes in the area. The amenities are great! I use the gym daily and regularly work in the clubhouse cafe or in the covered pool area. The community is very quiet and people are very friendly. The staff is filled with absolute rock stars!!! Anytime I have had any minor maintenance issues they have been… resolved in a professional manner within the same day, often within a couple of hours. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. They are very responsive and genuinely care about the residents. There are many options for apartments in the area, many of equal quality but knowing that the staff cares and is highly responsive is what makes living here a great experience. Read More

I’m 2 months overdue for my review but I’m finally getting some “quiet time”. Where do I begin...I lived at this community for almost 3 years. I have never loved any place more than my Terra Bella community!! From the office to the maintenance, you’ll never find a better place to live. If it had not been for a job opportunity in another city, I would not have left. A huge Thank You to Irina and George for making my stay the absolute best!! They were always professional, courteous and… helpful with anything I needed. My husband & I moved in at the end of June/2019 into the largest 2/2 & we absolutely love our new home! It is the 1st place that we feel is "home" & love coming home everyday from work to our beautiful, peaceful, & tranquil home & complex. We were shown around the property by friendly & informative staff that made us feel welcome, as if we were already residents there. I came by a few different times to look at various floor plans & to show my husband while deciding what would be the best fit… for us. They never once made me/us feel like we were a bother. The staff is very friendly & knows my husband & I by name, as well as our dog. There is great communication & assistance whenever needed by the office staff, as well as the maintenance/grounds staff. All requests/work orders are handled very quickly & with respect to our home inside & out. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful floor plan & design inside of our home, as well as with the property. The pool area, clubhouse & other amenities & activities available on the property are an added bonus & friends & family love visiting from the area & out of state. We have received many compliments on our home & property each time someone new comes to visit. We appreciate the staff, all that they do, the time they take for the residents & all with a smile to give us the best place to live. We are proud & love calling The Village at Terra Bella our home!
