STAY FAR FAR AWAY. The units have mold, the AC NEVER works, you can hear your neighbors toilets flushing, you can smell cigarette in your unit when the neighbor smokes. And they have taken over 30 days to refund my deposit.

Management and maintenance ignore your pleas for an exterminator, then close out your maint request, though no one ever came. There is a plie of debris in one of the parking lots that has been in the same location for over seven weeks. I guess the property manager does not walk the property. Don't do it. Greed, greed, greed is the only tenant service on offer here.

Weekends with no one working are a night mare. Kids from projects fill pool. Trash every where. They don’t do what they say they will do. Management has changed three times in a year and thus use the excuse of l didn’t.say it. Apts are poorly rehabbed. Parent company in California are squeezing mgt to spend nothing. Any place would be better. The 40 page lease locks you in. Can’t wait to move.

I had the pleasure of living at Altura Largo Apartments for two years, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. Since the new management team took over in February, I have seen a significant improvement in the overall quality of the complex. Princess Mendoza is very knowledgeable and articulate with her work. No stone goes unturned in making sure you experience is top notch.The pool, which was closed for many months, has been renovated and is now open for residents to… enjoy. The new parking policies that prioritize residents have made parking a breeze, and I appreciate not having to worry about finding a spot after a long day at work.

One of the most significant changes I've noticed is the availability of the management staff. They are always there to address any concerns that I have, and they genuinely care about making the community a great place to live. The maintenance staff is also very professional and responsive. Whenever I had an issue in my apartment, they were there quickly to resolve it.

Additionally, I am thrilled to see the new landscaping being installed around the complex. The grounds are always kept clean and tidy, making the community feel welcoming and inviting.
