An easy place to live

I lived here February 2015 to February 2016. The staff were always helpful, neighbors were quiet, and complex was clean. We had a roach problem when we moved in initially but pest control took care of it very quickly. Appliances in the kitchen were very dated but everything worked fine. This is a place I would live in again. It is close to Ulmerton and Bryan Dairy which is great is you need to get somewhere.

Thank you for the review. We are currently undergoing some HUGE renovations around the community. We are adding granite, stainless steel appliances and smart apartments to all the units. If you looking for an apartment anytime soon, please stop by… and check us out.

Good location but

The apartments are ok but -if you live in the front by the road it's very noisy from the traffic. Also the garbage is always overflowing, they need a bigger dumpster. It is in a good location though, close to largo mall and bardmoor. No bug problems and maintenance was prompt. Office staff was helpful.
