Guests will have access to the entire unit, with the exception of one closet, as well as shared outdoor spaces such as the pool area. Smoking inside the house will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests beyond the home capacity may be fined $50 per unapproved guest. Unauthorized vehicles will incur an extra charge of $50 per vehicle. Please do not eat outside to help prevent pests and do not place any trash in the patio.
