Guests parking sucks! I counted 20 guests parking spots that’s it! Dirty apartments roaches everywhere and front desk is NO HELP ON GETTING MORE GUESTS PARKING SPOTS FOR GUESTS! There is not a 5001 attendance that residents and there is more guests living here more then attendance living here and it just makes it worst for guests and there vehicles. The security is working with the tow guy and the city of lauderdale lakes parking inforcer to get your vehicle towed with no warning Papers or... nothing just take your vehicle and to pay 175+ hours it’s been sitting at the tow yard. This My First Experience Renting And It Has Been The Worse. FIRST No Guest Parking There’s 5 building 4 floor minimum 200 apartments in each and they only have 9 guest parking. SECOND roaches are everywhere I mean EVERYWHERE you can leave nothing unattended for 1 second it’s ridiculous the cabinets when you open Them, roaches come out flying. Third Bed Bugs Mainly in the master Room when brought it up to their attention they ask ME to pay and get rid of them. Fourth elevator never Work. 5th... The BIGGEST ISSUE IS THE FACT THAT They only have 9 GUEST PARKING 9 the first 9 parking in front or the gate facing the street are the guest parking for all the apartments which is 4 huge building with four floors and over 200 apartment and they only have 9 guest parking for all these apartments and they Will tow your vehicle with no hesitation and the office is no help they people who work there is rude and the hall ways are always filthy and the parking lot always has trash all over it from... the residence sending there kids to throw the trash away and Big huge roaches in the hall way. They are liars their apartment is full of bugs and yes they do tow your car and on top of that their maintenance people are thieves they go into your apartment when you're not there and they steal your belongings you can not leave anything of value in your own house they claim they have cameras but because they're the thieves of course that footage goes missing. Do not move here it is not worth it to have this much stress. Save yourself the issues and find another apartment.

Don't live here they have bed bugs and top of that my mother and daughter car have been towed over 4 times . They will not give additional decals .There is limited guest parking space and the maintiance is deplorable. Its just the worst and a waste of money to live in these conditions. The people in the rent office are liars they apartment company work with the towing and get money from each car getting towed .Please DONOT LIVE HERE !!!
