DO NOT RENT! Roach invested
This place is the worst. Appliances are not new they are old and used. Look like they were made in the 70s. Roaches are everywhere very DISGUSTING! Marivel is very fake and lie about everything! Walls are very thin. You will hear everything! Maintenance don’t fix nothing. Over priced !! Small bathroom no counter space in the kitchen. They do not gaf about their tenants

Amazing Management and maintenance
I have lived at Tahiti for almost a year and my love for it is the same as when I first moved in! The amenities are awesome, and the parking is amazing. The maintenance team goes beyond their duties and are willing to help you in any way, and the management team is very responsive and willing to make your experience a positive one.

pretty decent
I've been here since August. haven't have any issues, staff is courteous and prompt with service request. grounds are clean and maintained.

Not worth the money. RIP off
Do not rent here. Price is a RIP off. Shop around you will find better deals. Not properly maintained.

Great parking, nice community, however you can tell the apartments were not remodeled just simply everything was painted over. You can see where holes in the ceiling were plugged and painted over.
