This place is heavily neglected. Management does not care about the property or residents.

Do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No management!!! Roaches and bugs EVERYWHERE no matter how clean your apartment is, they'll find their way inside the unit. Rats outside. Dog poop and garbage all over the complex, laundry room is always dirty, washer and dryer doesn't work it takes all your money, Maintenance fix nothing but they're quick to evict.

ROACHES
Roaches are everywhere I mean everywhere no matter how clean the apartment is. The dumpster is always overload with trash the smell of Marijuana lingers everywhere

If u don't mind sharing space with ROACHES
Roach infestation. The dumpster is always overloaded with trash. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Adequate
Upon moving in, the place seemed nice and clean. Quiet and secluded. Weeks later we noticed little things like the we couldn't read the a/c and stove knobs or the sink would squirt us in the face. Then, roaches starting appearing. The maintenance staff has been very proactive in fixing certain issues.
