This place is horrible. The office does not care about you. All they care about is money. people park in your assigned parking spot. The apartments are disgusting by the appearance inside and with roaches, you’re paying for pest control. They tell you to just buy roach spray. All of the so-called amenities are never working, just like the laundry, the pool is always closed because people there messing it up for others. They won’t let you go in the gym. I applied for an apartment and something need to be fixed on the application but everytime I called the office you never get an answer and then I schedule a tour and they canceled it a day before they are not worth it

This place is roach infested badly!!!!So much crime activity, police every single day,drug trafficking,shooting,loud music every weekend, on top of homeless people and prostitutes, you won't be able to live in peace, top of that the AC constantly was breaking, we literally had no AC for a whole week, on top of that there was a plumbing issue and they had to shut the water off, it was just too much! but if you want to deal with it, good luck trying to call the office because no one ever answers… the phone. I’ve been calling for the past week and no one has answered phone at all. How are you suppose to get more information about a unit or schedule a visit if there’s no one in the office to pick up. On website it says by appointments but where do you book appointments if the number provided doesn’t work.
