Went Downhill Fast - Avoid Until They Fix Management

Year one was fine, no issues. Year two was a nightmare. Guest parking became impossible, maintenance requests were completely ignored (they never showed up), and the leasing office was down to just one person who couldn't keep up. The AI system they use is worthless.

Move-out was the final straw. I'm disabled and dealt with broken items all year because maintenance wouldn't come. Despite thoroughly cleaning, returning everything properly, and even hand-delivering my parking decal to avoid fees,... I still got hit with bogus charges including the parking fee I specifically tried to avoid. Now I'm fighting a deposit dispute.

I was 100% compliant with my lease while they failed to maintain the property or provide basic services. Great location, terrible management. Don't move here until they get serious about running this place properly.

Good but could be improved

Decent place, office is only open M, W, F. Due to staff also working at another location. Guest parking is extremely limited. Hallways are open to the outside so the ceilings are always covered in active spider webs. Haven't had any major issues just minor annoyances and inconveniences.

Go elsewhere!!!

Terrible and incompetent leasing office staff. They never answer the phone and have very limited office hours so good luck trying to reach someone. They are refusing to refund me my $250 holding fee even though they basically denied my application…choose another complex that at least has a functioning leasing office…

Maintenance @ WaterVue

Occasionally things "go wrong." But Ryan ALWAYS comes through with timely and skillful MAINtenance. So, he is one of the MAIN reasons I renewed for 2 years.

Don’t waist your time

Walls are paper thin, good luck finding guest parking, office is never open, maintenance sucks, management are liars and stand offish made me believe everything was good at the end of my month to month term and charged me full month rent for a normal wear and tear on a lightbulb carpet cleaning when I had no carpet and kept my deposit. On top of me paying prorated rent of a week. Now will not answer my calls or reply to my emails. expensive go elsewhere.
