Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area. Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.
Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $350. The apartment is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home or on the property. The maximum occupancy is eight guests, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, and the number of vehicles should not exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
