Located in a gated community with a security guard, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities, including a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge.
