Ben, the maintenance technician at our apartment complex, is very efficient and reliable. Whenever we have had an issue in our apartment, he has responded promptly and fixed it properly. He is also very kind, charismatic, and always has a positive attitude. He clearly explains what he is doing and makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. He is a great asset to our community. I highly recommend him.

The maintenance guys and Office staff are what makes this place livable! They are super friendly and very helpful ! . Joseph at the front desk is very knowledgeable and always there to help!!

Roach infestations, outdated units, and constant management turnover. The pool has become a hangout for loud, rude people blasting obscene music, smoking weed, and grilling, making it unsafe for families and kids. Grounds are full of fleas because landscaping crews leave leaf piles, and flooding is common in first-floor apartments after heavy rain. Parking is a nightmare with hardly any handicap or visitor spaces, and cars are towed without warning. Amenities are poorly maintained — two BBQ... grills for the whole community, both usually broken. Inside, tubs are cheaply sprayed and later peel (with tenants charged), and vinyl flooring lifts at the seams. During storms, staff disappear and leave residents to fend for themselves.

For the rent prices here, the conditions and management are unacceptable. Would not recommend.
